2007 Green Built Parade of Homes™
September 22 - October 7
Cross Roads, Texas
The Green Built Parade of Homes™ will be the first ever,
single site home tour in North Texas consisting of only
resource-efficient, "green" homes. Many of the homes will
be built to construction guidelines set forth by the HBA's
Green Built North Texas program. These guidelines
address strategies for many phases of construction,
including energy efficiency, indoor air quality, material
usage, site management, waste recycling and homeowner
education.
The Parade of Homes is a multi-week open house event,
where area builders showcase the latest innovations and
building technologies directly to the public. The annual
event benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of North
Texas and HomeAid/Home Builders Care.
DATES & TIMES:
September 22 - October 7, 2007
10am - 8pm
Wednesday - Sunday (Closed Monday & Tuesday)
The Fall 2007 Parade of Homes™ will showcase high
performance custom homes, featuring state-of-the-art
amenities and luxurious décor. The Parade highlights the
very finest in innovative home building and custom
craftsmanship.
